The RS series is our most popular vacuum emulsifying line. Each machine combines a low-speed anchor agitator with wall scraper and a high-speed bottom-entry homogenizer, all under vacuum. The result is a void-free, de-aerated, stable emulsion that doesn't separate, oxidize, or change color over time.
Built for cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, food sauces and high-end chemical formulations where product quality depends on consistent emulsification.

Add water phase to main vessel, oil phase to the pre-mix pot. Close the lid, engage vacuum pump. Vacuum pulls the system to -0.098 MPa, removing air.
Steam or electric heating brings the batch to your process temperature (typically 70-80°C). The anchor agitator with PTFE scrapers slowly mixes the two phases while scraping the vessel wall — no product wasted, no hot spots.
The bottom-entry homogenizer runs at 3000 rpm. Liquid is drawn up through the stator and forced through the narrow gap between rotor and stator at high velocity. Droplets break down to 5 microns. Vacuum prevents air re-entering.
Cool the batch through the jacket. Add heat-sensitive ingredients (fragrance, active ingredients) at low temperature. Discharge via hydraulic tilt or bottom valve.
