The homogenizer enters the vessel from the top and works inside the tank — the same principle as the homogenizer on our RS vacuum emulsifier. It is a batch machine: you charge the vessel, run the cycle and discharge.

Best for: Emulsifying and breaking down agglomerates inside a tank — including a tank you already own.

A pneumatic or hydraulic lift raises the head clear of the vessel so a portable manufacturing tank can be rolled underneath. Once the tank is held by the two brackets at the sides, the head comes down into the product.
The rotor is driven by an ABB or Siemens motor and rotates at 3000 rpm, creating strong centrifugal force. Product is drawn into the high shear zone from both the top and the bottom of the rotor.
That centrifugal force drives the product into the narrow gap between rotor and stator, where it is pressed and crushed — dispersed, homogenized and emulsified. Along the tangent the rotor reaches a linear velocity of 15–40 m/s.
Product jets out through the openings in the stator and circulates inside the tank. After several passes it is completely high sheared, dispersed, emulsified and homogenized.
On the three smallest heads — 0.37, 0.75 and 1 kW — the motor runs on a variable-frequency drive, from 0 up to 6000 rpm.

The 0.37 / 0.75 / 1 kW sizes are the same machines we list as lab mixers — useful for trialling a formulation before you commit to a production size. The lab heads run on 220V / 50Hz single phase.
cream, lotion, wax, mascara, gel
ointment, dental composite, syrup, injection
mayonnaise, dressing, jam, butter, margarine, wasabi
polyester, synthetic fibre, shoe cream
Standard build is 380V / 50Hz / 3-phase with push-button control. Everything below is available on request.
CE marked. Our range is certified by Ente Certificazione Macchine (ECM), Italy, to the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC and the Low Voltage Directive 2014/35/EU, against EN ISO 12100:2010 and EN 60204-1:2018 — certificate No. 3J260508.JGMDT35, valid to 07 May 2031.
The machine specification complies with cGMP requirements: product contact parts in SS316L, mirror polished so the machine cleans down between batches, with sanitary clamp connections on the pipework.
