Vacuum Emulsifier Homogenizers — RS, RX and RB

All three make oil-and-water emulsions. They differ in one thing: where the homogenizer sits, and how the product circulates.

RS Vacuum Emulsifying Mixer

The general-purpose machine. The homogenizer enters from the top and emulsifies inside the vessel, and the vessel tilts to discharge — which makes cleaning straightforward.

Choose it when: Face cream, body lotion and ointment — medium viscosity, light powder loading.

The homogenizer enters from the bottom and circulates product outside the vessel through an external loop. It handles high-viscosity products and discharges through the homogenizer itself. The vessel does not tilt.

Choose it when: Toothpaste, high-viscosity cream and ointment — heavier powder loading, finer particle size.

RB Vacuum Emulsifier Mixer

The homogenizer is an independent emulsifying pump piped to the vessel bottom — a horizontal inline machine that stands beside the tank, not above or below it. That makes it the right choice when headroom is limited, and because the pump is a separate unit, maintenance is easier than on the other two types. Two agitator types are combined. The vessel does not tilt as standard, but can be built to tilt on request.

Choose it when: High-viscosity cream, ointment and toothpaste — especially where ceiling height is limited.

HOW TO CHOOSE

Where do you want the homogenizer? Top (RS) · Bottom (RX) · A separate pump beside the vessel (RB)
Does the vessel need to tilt? RS tilts as standard. RX does not. RB can be built to tilt on request.
How much headroom do you have? RB is the usual answer when ceiling height is limited — the pump stands beside the tank.

CE marked. Our range is certified by Ente Certificazione Macchine (ECM), Italy, to the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC and the Low Voltage Directive 2014/35/EU, against EN ISO 12100:2010 and EN 60204-1:2018 — certificate No. 3J260508.JGMDT35, valid to 07 May 2031.

cGMP

The machine specification complies with cGMP regulations: contact parts in SS316L polished to Ra ≤ 0.4 μm so the vessel cleans down, a spray ball for your CIP cycle, material certificates for traceability, and FAT video before shipment.

Every machine ships with its EU Declaration of Conformity, material certificates, hydrostatic test report, FAT video and operation manual.
