Suspension Mixers — Oral & Topical Suspensions

Process guidance, capacity range and machine recommendations for oral suspensions.

What you're making

Oral suspensions, antibiotic suspensions, antacid suspensions — these contain insoluble API particles that must remain uniformly dispersed throughout shelf life.

Typical capacity: 100L — 1000L
Typical viscosity: 100 – 5,000 cps

How to make it on our machines

Wet-out API in glycerol/sorbitol solution → combine with water and thickener under high-shear → homogenize → add flavor and color → deaerate → discharge.
